Mrs. Wong knows her husband is carrying on an affair, but for the sake of their marriage and autistic son, she has chosen to silently endure. However, the mistress comes to disturb them, and in the end, Mr. Wong leaves home after a fight. The daughter then calls in to say that the man is lying and that her mother is a terrible woman. Finally, the next day the distraught mother calls in to tell her story. Kung fu diva Moon Lee Choi-fung star in this rare melodramatic turn as Lee Siu-hong, a troubled Mainland Chinese lass who runs away from home to become a Hong Kong prostitute. As her desperate mother (Josephine Koo Mei-wah) scours the colony's pleasure quarters, we see flashbacks of the girl's unfortunate past.

A model (Joey Wong) gets raped by a photographer (Wilson Lam). Meanwhile, she falls out with her best friend (Carol Cheng) due to her boyfriend (Alex Man), who's a cop.

Mok Ka Bo is a young lad with a few problems. He's just cut loose from a relationship with Fung, a violent lad who can't accept being dumped and wants him back. Ka Bo takes after pretty schoolgirl Margaret, who is apparently a top student and quite respectable, but has a poor and unhappy home life. Ka Bo also has a difficult relationship with his mum, a middle-aged hooker whose use-by date has arrived.
