In Meghpeon, the story will have Subhashree playing Titli, the bahu of an aristocratic family, who starts a homestay in their family property. The first guest at the homestay is Meghdoot, the character played by Abir Chatterjee. Meghdoot is a doctor, who is visiting town for work, when he puts up at the homestay. Titil’s husband is Rituparno, played by Jisshu. The story unfolds as a love triangle involving the three characters.

Feluda and Topshe travel to Gangtok for their winter holidays at the start of the new year. While eating breakfast at the Bagdogra Airport, they meet a man named Sasadhar Bose, who works for a chemical firm dealing with aromatic perfumes. He tells that he had attended a nephew's wedding in Ghatshila and had come to visit Sikkim. While stopping at a place called Teesta Bazaar, the trio learns of an accident which occurred on the North Sikkim Highway. In the evening, Sasadhar Bose comes to Feluda's hotel and informs him that the man who fell down the cliff in the accident, was his partner Shivkumar Shelvankar, who was also the owner of the company. Sasadhar Bose walks out of the hotel to find a flight to Bombay the next day.

One of the tourists, the priest manages to arrange a bus from the church for them to reach North Bengal. The other tourists also join him in the bus trip, but unfortunately the bus meets with a terrible accident. It falls off a cliff into an abyss, but the tourists survive with minor injuries. Injured and traumatized, they realize that they have become completely detached from any form of human contact.

A private bus could not apply the brakes on time at a road crossing and runs over little his son. Arko is flung aside. He survives but his son does not. Arko's life is shattered.The driver of the private bus, is arrested and the bus is seized. The Insurance Company enters the scene. Investigations begin. Who was really at fault? Why did the bus not brake on time? Was it a mechanical fault? Was the bus driver only a scape-goat? As the investigations deepen, many unpleasant realities come to the fore and Arko together with Kartick, the driver and the Insurance agent, decide to take matters in his own hand.

But unexpected twists ensue.
