Geetha is a dumb orphan girl who runs an orphanage with the support of her childhood deaf friend Valli. Upcoming politician Bhagwan is with cruel mentality runs a medical mafia that does business with orphan children's organs. Geetha tries to expose Bhagwan's Mafia to public with the help of police officer Saradhi.
