Surya is an easygoing laidback guy who constantly switches jobs. One day, he accepts a job from his former employer at a security agency, who offers him RM3,000 for a 2-day and 1-night job as security guard at a soon-to-be shut down shopping complex building. Maniam, the former Head of Security, gives Surya a tour in the building and tells him that the most suspicious and dangerous place he should avoid is the sixth floor, which is currently rented by a religious yoga group led by `Swamiji` (priest). They are up to no good as they plan to summon and trap spirits in dead bodies so that they can control them. When the door to the spirit world is opened, dozens are possessed and turned into flesh eating Zombies. The only way to stop the Zombies is to get the Black Magic Book located on the sixth floor.
A gang of four drug dealers hides out in an apartment, and four youngsters, who are in need of cash, plot to loot their money. A suspended cop, who resides in the same apartment, hears their plan and decides to get the money for himself.
Gautham and Nithya become friends after their respective partners ditch them to get married. Friendship turns to love for Gautham but things turn complicated when Nithya gets engaged to Raja. She calls off the engagement but now, he is in a rebound relationship with Kavya. Will the two express their love for each other?
Satish (Jai), is a newly appointed medical representative, who is basically a family man, living with his brother an auto-rickshaw driver. Sathish is always embarrassed about his mobile phone, and much to his delight picks up a phone which is left carelessly by its owner at a tea shop. The mobile phone gets him into trouble and his carefree life with girlfriend Naveena (Swathi) turns upside down.
The story unfolds in London, where Sanjay (Sanjay), narrates about his 'kind' of girl, and talks about love. Cut to flashback, the hero meets Pooja. He tries to impress her in all possible ways. But his hopes are shattered when he comes to know that she is getting ready for a marriage with a NRI youth. Then comes Aarthi (Ekta Khosla), a dance tutor. She is a girl with traditional ideas but modern outlook. Unfortunately, the hero's attempts to settle down with her gets jinxed. Then enters Anu, Sanjay's colleague. Does he finds her apt for him forms the rest.
