Judgment Day (2003) was a PPV presented by Clearasil that took place on May 18, 2003, at the Charlotte Coliseum in Charlotte, North Carolina. It was the fifth annual WWE Judgment Day event and featured wrestlers from the Raw and SmackDown! brands. The first match from the SmackDown! brand featured WWE Champion Brock Lesnar's title defense against The Big Show in a Stretcher match. The second match from the Raw brand was between Kevin Nash and World Heavyweight Champion Triple H. Three matches were featured on the undercard. The first match featured Women's Champion Jazz defending against Victoria, Jacqueline. and Trish Stratus in a Fatal Four-Way Match for the title. The next was a Battle Royal featuring Christian, Val Venis, Chris Jericho, Lance Storm, Test, Rob Van Dam, Kane, Goldust and Booker T for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. The final was between the team of Eddie Guerrero and Tajiri, and the team of Team Angle in a ladder match for the WWE Tag Team Championship.

Armageddon (2003) was the fourth Armageddon PPV. The event, presented by Square Enix's Final Fantasy X-2, took place on December 14, 2003 at the TD Waterhouse Centre in Orlando, Florida and was a Raw brand-exclusive event. The main event was a Triple Threat match for the World Heavyweight Championship between Kane, Triple H, and champion Goldberg. One of the predominant matches on the undercard was the defense of the WWE Intercontinental Championship by Rob Van Dam against Randy Orton. Another primary match on the undercard was Batista versus Shawn Michaels. The event grossed $450,000 with 9,000 ticket sales and received 200,000 pay-per-view buys. The event was claimed to be a "flop" by Canadian Online Explorer's professional wrestling event section. They rated the overall event a six out of ten.

Rebellion (2002) took place on October 26, 2002 at the Manchester Arena in Manchester, England. The main event featured Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman defending Lesnar's WWF Championship in a Handicap match against Edge. Los Guerreros challenged Kurt Angle and Chris Benoit for the Tag Team Championship belts, Rikishi fought Albert, Reverend Devon and Ron Simmons fought Val Venis and Chuck Palumbo , and several other matches filled out the undercard.

Royal Rumble (2002) was the fifteenth annual Royal Rumble PPV. It was presented by Square's Final Fantasy X. It took place on January 20, 2002 at the Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. The main event was the Royal Rumble match. The other matches were Chris Jericho versus The Rock for the Undisputed WWF Championship, Ric Flair versus Vince McMahon in a Street Fight, Edge versus William Regal for the WWF Intercontinental Championship, the team of Spike Dudley and Tazz versus the Dudley Boyz for the WWF Tag Team Championship, and Trish Stratus versus Jazz for the WWF Women's Championship.

WrestleMania X-Seven was the seventeenth annual WrestleMania PPV and was presented by Snickers Cruncher. It took place on April 1, 2001 at the Reliant Astrodome in Houston, Texas. The event was the first WrestleMania held in the state of Texas. A record-breaking attendance for the Reliant Astrodome of 67,925 grossed US$3.5 million. The main event was a No Disqualification match between Steve Austin and The Rock for the WWF Championship. The main matches on the undercard featured Triple H versus The Undertaker, the second Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match for the WWF Tag Team Championship, and Vince McMahon versus Shane McMahon in a Street Fight. With WWE's acquisition of long-time competitor WCW and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin joining forces with storied rival Mr. McMahon.

Royal Rumble (2001) was the fourteenth annual Royal Rumble PPV. It was presented by MCI's 1-800-COLLECT and took place on January 21, 2001 at the New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana. The main event was the Royal Rumble match. Kane set a record for the most eliminations and the match saw Drew Carey enter the Royal Rumble. Featured matches on the undercard included a ladder match between Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit for the WWF Intercontinental Championship and a singles match between Kurt Angle and Triple H for the WWF Championship.

SummerSlam (2000) was the thirteenth annual SummerSlam PPV. The event was presented by Chef Boyardee and took place on August 27, 2000 at the Raleigh Entertainment and Sports Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina. The main event was a Triple Threat match for the WWF Championship involving champion The Rock, Triple H, and Kurt Angle. One of the predominant matches on the undercard was Kane versus The Undertaker. Another featured match was the first Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match for the Tag Team Championship involving champions Edge and Christian, The Hardy Boyz (Matt and Jeff), and The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray and D-Von).

Armageddon (2000) was a professional wrestling PPV that took place on December 10, 2000, at the Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center in Birmingham, Alabama. It was the second annual Armageddon event, and the only WWE pay-per-view event ever to be held in the state of Alabama. The main event match of Armageddon 2000 was a six-man Hell In A Cell match for Kurt Angle's WWF Championship. The challengers were The Undertaker, The Rock, Triple H, Rikishi, and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Ivory defended the Women's championship in a Triple Threat match against Molly Holly and Trish Stratus.

King of the Ring (2000) was the eighth annual King of the Ring PPV. The event was presented by Subway and took place on June 25, 2000 at the Fleet Center in Boston, Massachusetts. The main event was a six-man tag team match between McMahon-Helmsley Faction (Triple H, Vince and Shane McMahon) and the team of The Rock, Kane and The Undertaker. Triple H's WWF Championship was defended in the match. The undercard featured the 2000 King of the Ring tournament. The 2000 edition was the largest King of the Ring tournament, with 32 competitors taking part.

Unforgiven (2000) was the third Unforgiven PPV. The event was presented by RC Cola Edge and took place on September 24, 2000 at the First Union Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The main event was a Fatal Four-Way match for the WWF Championship. The Rock defended the title against Chris Benoit, The Undertaker and Kane. The undercard featured Triple H versus Kurt Angle in a No Disqualification match, Eddie Guerrero versus Rikishi for the WWF Intercontinental Championship, Edge and Christian versus Hardy Boyz in a Steel Cage match for the WWF Tag Team Championship, Chris Jericho versus X-Pac, a 10-Minute Hardcore Battle Royal for the WWF Hardcore Championship, Tazz versus Jerry Lawler in a Strap Match and Right to Censor versus Dudley Boyz and Acolytes Protection Agency in an eight-man tag team match.

No Mercy (2000) was the third No Mercy PPV. It was presented by Presto and took place on October 22, 2000 at the Pepsi Arena in Albany, New York. The main event was a No NQ match for the WWF Championship where The Rock defended the title against Kurt Angle. The other main match was a No Holds Barred Match between the returning Stone Cold Steve Austin and Rikishi. The undercard featured Triple H versus Chris Benoit, Hardy Boyz versus Los Conquistadores for the WWF Tag Team Championship, William Regal versus Naked Mideon for the WWF European Championship, Right to Censor versus Chyna and Mr. Ass in a tag team match, Chris Jericho versus X-Pac in a Steel cage match, Acolytes Protection Agency and Lita versus T & A and Trish Stratus in a six-person mixed tag team match and a Dudley Boyz Invitational Tables match.

Royal Rumble (1999) was the twelfth annual Royal Rumble PPV. It took place on January 24, 1999 at the Arrowhead Pond in Anaheim, California. The title was taken from a promise by Mr. McMahon that the first entrant in the Royal Rumble, Steve Austin, had "no chance in hell" of winning the match. The theme song for the event would go on to become the entrance music for McMahon's stable The Corporation and later, just McMahon himself, which he still uses. The main event was the annual Royal Rumble match, which saw the winner receive a title shot for the WWF Championship at the WrestleMania PPV. The Royal Rumble centered around the continuing heated rivalry between Steve Austin and Mr. McMahon. The penultimate match for the WWF Championship was an "I Quit" match between Mankind and The Rock, which is remembered both for its brutality and its place in the documentary film Beyond the Mat. The WWF Intercontinental Championship and WWF Women's Championship were both defended as well.

St. Valentine's Day Massacre was the 27th PPV under the In Your House name from the World Wrestling Federation. It took place on February 14, 1999 at The Pyramid in Memphis, Tennessee. Eight professional wrestling matches were scheduled on the event's card. The first main event was a Last Man Standing match for the WWF Championship between The Rock and Mankind. The second main event was a steel cage match between Steve Austin and the owner of the company, Vince McMahon, to decide whether Austin would go on to headline WrestleMania XV the following month.

Unforgiven (1999) was the second Unforgiven PPV. It was presented by Wizards of the Coast's Magic: The Gathering and took place on September 26, 1999 at the Charlotte Coliseum in Charlotte, North Carolina. The main event was a Six-Pack Challenge–a non-elimination match consisting of six wrestlers for the vacant WWF Championship. Stone Cold Steve Austin served as the special outside enforcer. The match included Triple H, The Rock, Mankind, Kane, Big Show and British Bulldog. The undercard featured X-Pac versus Chris Jericho, a Kennel from Hell match between Al Snow and challenger Big Boss Man for the WWF Hardcore Championship, New Age Outlaws versus Edge and Christian for the WWF Tag Team Championship, Ivory versus Luna Vachon in a Hardcore match for the WWF Women's Championship, The Acolytes versus Dudley Boyz, Jeff Jarrett versus Chyna for the WWF Intercontinental Championship, Mark Henry versus D'Lo Brown for the WWF European Championship and Val Venis versus Steve Blackman.

Survivor Series (1999) was the thirteenth annual Survivor Series PPV. It was presented by Rent-A-Center, and took place on November 14, 1999 at the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Michigan. The main event was a Triple Threat match–a non-elimination match involving Triple H, The Big Show and The Rock for the WWF Championship. The Big Show was a replacement for Stone Cold Steve Austin, who had been run down by a car earlier in the night. The undercard featured New Age Outlaws versus Al Snow and Mankind for the WWF Tag Team Championship, Chyna versus Chris Jericho for the WWF Intercontinental Championship, Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle in his WWF in-ring debut against Shawn Stasiak and several Survivor Series elimination tag team matches.

Armageddon (1999) was the first Armageddon PPV. It was presented by Microprose's MechWarrior 3 and took place on December 12, 1999 at the National Car Rental Center in the Fort Lauderdale suburb of Sunrise, Florida. The main event was a No Holds Barred match between Triple H and Vince McMahon. The undercard featured Big Show versus Big Boss Man for the WWF Championship, New Age Outlaws (Mr. Ass and Road Dogg) versus Rock 'n' Sock Connection (The Rock and Mankind) for the WWF Tag Team Championship, Chyna versus Chris Jericho for the WWF Intercontinental Championship, Kane versus X-Pac in a Steel Cage match, British Bulldog versus Val Venis and D'Lo Brown in a triple threat match for the WWF European Championship, The Holly Cousins versus Rikishi and Viscera, Ivory versus Miss Kitty, Jacqueline and B.B. in a Four Corners Evening Gown Pool match for the WWF Women's Championship, Kurt Angle and Steve Blackman and a Tag team Battle Royal won by The Acolytes.

WrestleMania XV took place on March 28, 1999 at the First Union Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ten matches were scheduled on the event's card, which featured a supercard. The main event contested the WWF Championship between the challenger Steve Austin and The Rock while the penultimate match saw The Undertaker wrestle Big Boss Man inside the Hell in a Cell. Lower on the card, six of the seven active championships were defended, including the first WrestleMania defence of the Hardcore Championship. Also on the undercard was a Brawl for All match, a shootfight between wrestler Bart Gunn and boxer/mixed martial artist Butterbean.

WWE Jakked and WWE Metal are professional wrestling television programs produced by World Wrestling Entertainment. Both shows aired syndicated weekly from 1999 until 2002 and replaced WWF Shotgun Saturday Night. Originally produced under the World Wrestling Federation banner, they were replaced by the similarly formatted WWE Bottom Line and WWE After Burn in syndication.

Undercard matches featured The British Bulldog vs. X-Pac, Kane vs. Big Show in a No DQ match, Jericho vs. Road Dogg, Edge & Christian vs. The Acolytes vs. Hardcore & Crash Holly in a Triangle match, Chyna vs. Jeff Jarrett, a 4-Corners match for the Women's Championship, The Godfather vs. Gangrel, Val Venis vs. Mark Henry, and Jeff Jarrett vs. D'Lo Brown for the Intercontinental Championship (after a cointoss to determine which belt would be on the line).

Over the Edge (1999) was a PPV which took place on May 23, 1999, at Kemper Arena in Kansas City, Missouri, USA. In the main event, The Undertaker competed against Steve Austin (with Vince McMahon & Shane McMahon as the guest referees) for the WWF Championship. Other matches included The Rock vs Triple H and an eight-man elimination tag team match, which featured The Union's (Mankind, Ken Shamrock, Test, and The Big Show) victory over the Corporate Ministry (Viscera, The Big Boss Man, and The Acolytes Bradshaw and Faarooq). Owen Hart was scheduled to face The Godfather for the WWF Intercontinental Championship during the event. He was to make a superhero-like ring entrance, which would have seen him descend from the arena rafters into the ring. He was released prematurely when the harness line malfunctioned, and fell more than 70 feet (21 m) into the ring and died. The show has never been released by the company on home media, and the Over the Edge event was retired.

No Mercy (1999) was a PPV presented by Eidos Interactive's Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, which took place on October 17, 1999 at the Gund Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. Nine matches, including three championship matches took place. In the first, The Fabulous Moolah competed with ivory for the WWF Women's Championship. In the second title defense, Jeff Jarrett defended the WWF Intercontinental Championship against Chyna. Lastly, Triple H defended the WWF Championship against Steve Austin. Also on the card was a tag team ladder match between The New Brood (Matt and Jeff Hardy) and Edge and Christian.

WWF Capital Carnage was a UK-only PPV event that took place on December 6, 1998 at the London Arena in London, England. The main event was a fatal four-way match between Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Undertaker, Mankind, and Kane. The WWF Championship belt was defended by The Rock in a singles match with X-Pac. Ken Shamrock defended the Intercontinental Belt against Steve Blackman. Jim Ross suffered his second Bells palsy attack on-air during this event. He did not officially call matches again for the WWE until the main event of WrestleMania XV.

Fully Loaded: In Your House was the first Fully Loaded PPV and took place on July 26, 1998 at the Selland Arena in Fresno, California. It was the twenty-third pay-per-view event of the In Your House series. The main event was a tag team match for the WWF Tag Team Championship. Kane and Mankind defended the titles against The Undertaker and Stone Cold Steve Austin. The undercard featured Jacqueline versus Sable in a Bikini contest, The Rock versus Triple H in a Two out of three falls match for the WWF Intercontinental Championship, Owen Hart versus Ken Shamrock in a Dungeon match, Disciples of Apocalypse (8-Ball and Skull) versus L.O.D. 2000 (Hawk and Animal), Mark Henry versus Vader, Faarooq and Scorpio versus Terry Funk and Bradshaw, D'Lo Brown versus X-Pac and Val Venis versus Jeff Jarrett.

SummerSlam (1998) was the eleventh annual SummerSlam and the fourth presented by Stridex. It took place on August 30, 1998 at Madison Square Garden in New York, New York. The main event a Singles match for the WWF Championship between Steve Austin and The Undertaker. The main match on the undercard featured a ladder match for the WWF Intercontinental Championship between Triple H and The Rock. Other matches include a hair vs hair match between X-Pac and Jeff Jarrett and a Lion's Den match between Ken Shamrock and Owen Hart.

Rock Bottom: In Your House was the twenty-sixth PPV event in the In Your House series. It was presented by Hasbro Interactive's Glover for the Nintendo 64 and took place on December 13, 1998 at General Motors Place in Vancouver, British Columbia. The main event was Stone Cold Steve Austin versus The Undertaker in a Buried Alive match. The Rock defended the WWF Championship versus Mankind while The New Age Outlaws (Road Dogg and Billy Gunn) defended the Tag Team Championships against The Corporation (Big Boss Man and Ken Shamrock).

Breakdown: In Your House was a PPV event, under the In Your House name, produced by the World Wrestling Federation and presented by Stridex. It took place on September 27, 1998 at the Copps Coliseum in Hamilton, Ontario. The main event was a Triple Threat match between Steve Austin, The Undertaker and Kane for the WWF Championship, which ended in controversy. Another match at the event was a Triple Threat match in a steel cage between Ken Shamrock, Mankind and The Rock to determine the number-one contender to the WWF Championship.

Judgment Day: In Your House was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Wrestling Federation (WWF), which took place on October 18, 1998 at the Rosemont Horizon in Rosemont, Illinois. It was presented by 10-10-321. It was the first pay-per-view titled Judgment Day as WWF were uniquely naming all pay-per-views under the In Your House banner

The edgy, dark product that was gracing WWE TV in the mid 90s gave birth to a towel wearing, adult film character named Val Venis. The man behind that character was Sean Morley and the year 1999 would see a high point for Val...as he won the intercontinental title. But celebration would be short lived as parents' group trained their crosshairs on the risque product and the 'Right to Censor' angle was born. The porn star was gone, and the new clothes just didn't fit Morley or his aspirations. We go back to another year in the TIMELINE!!!
