Kirill Ivanovich Shchelkin is not well-known among the most honored scientists of the Soviet Union. Meanwhile, Shchelkin was one of the main creators of atomic and hydrogen bombs, one of the founders of modern cosmonautics, three times a hero of Socialist labor, a man whom Igor Kurchatov called ‘The Godfather of the atomic bomb.’ The scientific research of Shchelkin and his colleagues, without exaggeration, saved the world from a third world war and ensured a peaceful life not only in Russia, but for all mankind.
Corrupted criminal investigation officer, Sergey Volkov, got into serious trouble - for another trick while being drunk, the boss sends him into exile - into the ranks of exemplary mounted police. All the staff of the regiment seemed to him fabulous creatures with ancient notions of duty and homeland. Not wanting to linger on a new place, Volkov wants to leave to settle his personal affairs, but having learned that his new colleagues have fallen into a powerful batch, he nevertheless decides to come to the rescue.

Four newly acquainted fellows must by any means fly to Moscow in non-flying weather, and a couple of young lovers must reconcile their irreconcilable parents by some mysterious way. Valera has to decide on a dilemma: to save mankind from the Deluge or just to fly with his karaoke-alien-friends in their old UFO? All these things can happen only once a year – on December, 31!
Four girls and four guys are planted on an uninhabited tropical island for filming a reality show. Their task is by taking organizers' challengers to fight for the love of the audience: at the end of the winner is waiting for a big cash prize. But after the accident happens on the yacht with the film crew, everything will change radically. Heroes come into play without even realizing that no one is shooting them - they are participants of the show, which is not really there. But they will not know about it right away ... Their life on the island and attempts to return home will lead to a lot of funny adventures and romantic stories.
