Suzuka Ohgo

Hiromi (Yui Sakuma) is a 26-year-old single woman. She is popular with guys. Her hobby and specialty is getting men to like her using smalltalk and a shy persona. If a guy confesses his feelings for her, Hiromi leaves them. Hiromi's share house mate Akira (Nijiro Murakami) and her friend Aya (Suzuka Ohgo) blame Hiromi, calling her “Kakure Bitch” (a type of women who uses innocence to flirt with men). Hiromi does not care. One day, she takes an interest in Tsuyoshi (Yuta Koseki), who works in the same office. She becomes to like him sincerely.

There are over 600 orphanages across the nation, housing approximately 30,000 children; Most of them had been abused by their parents. Maki, was placed into the orphanage "Kogamo no Ie", after her mother, Ryoka, was arrested and jailed. There she was handed over to the care of Kana, and also Sasaki, the eccentric caretaker of the home. Under Sasaki's management, the home is a calm and safe haven from all the madness of the real world. At the home, Maki befriends 3 other little girls, who all go by their nicknames instead of their real names. Piami who plays the piano really well, Bombi who came from a very poor family, and Post, who is the leader of all the kids.

However, as crops fail he is to go to Sapporo to learn new techniques of farming, leaving his wife and daughter for 5 years. All this time, the new community is constantly watched by the government which choose to again uproot them from their new homes.
