Yuta, a young master at the Tsukiji Fish Market, accidentally drops his meal of mixed seafood into the Sumida River. Some time afterwards a gigantic mutated squid monster arises from the depths and begins to wreak havoc upon an awe-stricken Tokyo. Attempts by the Japan Self-Defense Forces to stop the creature prove futile. As it seems things couldn’t get any worse an enormous mutant octopus monster emerges from the deep and heads into a clash of the titans with the gargantuan squid! As a last ditch effort, the government forms the “Seafood Monster Attack Team (SMAT)” and an all-new plan of attack is immediately put into action. But just as the tide appears to be turning in humanity’s favor, a colossal crab monster appears, joining in the Monster Seafood Wars and plunging the world into culinary chaos…
An old man who has been given supernatural powers by a donkey alien plays an active role as a justice hero "Robaman". 68-year-old Yoshimura, who has passed retirement age, is living a lonely day away from his wife and away from his daughter. He reports on the radio and posts on the internet about events and accidents that make noise in the world, but in reality he can't even be alert when faced with interruptions and noisy guests. One day, when he encountered a UFO on the way of a walk, he was mistaken for a fellow by an alien who looks like a donkey.

A serial-murderer is on the loose who just so happens to also be removing the hearts of his victims and taking them with him. An independent group of researchers called the Godzilla Prediction Network (GPN) actively track Godzilla as he makes landfall in Nemuro. Matters are further complicated when a giant meteor is discovered in the Ibaragi Prefecture. The mysterious rock begins to levitate as it's true intentions for the world and Godzilla are revealed.
"Atlanta Boogie" centers around a mock track meet between the "normal" and "good" citizens of Yokohama and those they want to expel from the neighborhood: the illegal foreign workers, the deadbeats, the juvenile delinquents, and elderly.
