An American woman comes to Belgrade to visit an old friend. There, on the exotic boundary between West and East, she becomes entangled in a love triangle.

After suspecting that his wife cheats on him, a Belgrade taxi driver discovers that she's about to be traded by a local gang who drug women and sell them to Arabs. He decides to take the matter into his own hands, and fight the gang without any help from the police.

Funny peasant granny moves from her village to Belgrade with her grandson so he can finish elementary school in the city. The clash between the human, rural, and honest and the depraved, false, and petty-bourgeois is inevitable.
