Uh-Oh! is the story of Jonny, a silly, good-hearted, bumbling boob with an uncommon streak of bad luck, until he meets a sea captain. He goes through several jobs and sets of circumstances where he inevitably messes up, thus revealing the meaning of the film title - he spends most of his time saying "uh oh!" as he watches fiasco after fiasco unfurl, with him as the catalyst.
The evil Gen. Rancor has his sights set on world domination, and only one man can stop him: Dick Steele, also known as Agent WD-40. Rancor needs to obtain a computer circuit for the missile that he is planning to fire, so Steele teams up with Veronique Ukrinsky, a KGB agent whose father designed the chip. Together they try to locate the evil mastermind's headquarters, where Veronique's father and several other hostages are being held.
Five years after the mad terrorist Norman Galagher was sentenced to holographic stasis, he is given a parole hearing. But an equipment failure engineered by his cronies transforms the criminal into a living hologram with god-like powers. Now, stopping him is up to Kurt Decoda, the man who as a police rookie was responsible for arresting Galagher.
