Black Church, Inc. is an investigative documentary that examines the excess of the black church and its present day relationship with serving the community. The documentary compares the black church's origins to its modern day cultural relevance. The film focuses on modern mega-churches and asks questions about service vs. the extravagant lifestyles of its million dollar ministers and ministries.

The film explores the history of the word throughout its inception to present day. Woven into the narrative are poetry, music, and commentary from celebrities about their personal experiences with the word and their viewpoints. Each perspective is unique, as is each experience... some are much more comfortable with the word than others.
