The two-part documentary event “Right to Offend: The Black Comedy Revolution” explores the progression of Black comedy and the comedians who have used pointed humor to expose, challenge and ridicule society’s injustices and to articulate the Black experience in America. The series examines Black comedy through a unique lens, tracing the evolution and social awakening of the courageous comedians who dared to push against the constraints of their time and spoke truth to power.

Samantha, Trina and Rain are three sexy friends who form "The Cheater's Club", an agency designed to help women expose their men, who have been accused of cheating and encourage the men through unconventional methods to change their adulterous ways. Olive, played by Eva Marcille, runs the agency while the ladies execute the operation and set the traps for the un-expecting men! The ladies use their feminine wiles to expose the cheaters at almost any costs. Women hire them to answer that nagging question, "Is my man cheating"? Eventually the ladies decide to take things up a notch by kidnapping, imprisoning and torturing the men into forcing confessions. Samantha, the leader of the group, takes things too far and as she flashes back to her own personal pain and ultimately someone pays a price for their action that changes everyone forever.

On August 17, 2012, it was announced that Tracee Ellis Ross would depart from Reed Between the Lines, adding three new cast members for the upcoming second season. On September 12, 2013, BET cancelled Reed Between the Lines.

BattleBots is an American company that hosts robot competitions. BattleBots is also the name of the television show created from the competition footage. BattleBots Inc. is headquartered in Vallejo, California and holds most of its competitions in the San Francisco area. In a BattleBots event the competitors are remote-controlled armed and armored machines, designed to fight in an arena combat elimination tournament. If both combat robots are still operational at the end of the match the winner is determined by a point system based on damage, aggression, and strategy. The television show BattleBots aired on the American cable network Comedy Central for five seasons, covering five BattleBots tournaments. The first season aired starting in August 2000, and the fifth season aired starting in August 2002. Hosts of BattleBots were Bil Dwyer and Sean Salisbury and correspondents included former Baywatch actresses Donna D'Errico, Carmen Electra, and Traci Bingham, former Playboy Playmate Heidi Mark, and identical twins Randy and Jason Sklar. Bill Nye was the show's "technical expert". After five 'seasons', Comedy Central terminated their contract with BattleBots Inc. in late 2002.
