Based in Kancheepuram, Surya/Arjun makes a living as a con-man on the North Zone, and is assisted by his girlfriend, Baby; while the South side is presided over by Pashupati. Kathirvel comes to the city to live with his friend Subramani. While Reshma is a soft-spoken college student, her mother Gangamma is an heartless lady rowdy. Murali decides to take revenge and becomes also a smuggler.
