Guru Raj, a powerful business man of Charminar Group of Companies who runs his own gang as a mafia don, gets brutally assassinated. This incident upsets Guru Raj’s elder son Kaali and he decides to take revenge on his father’s killers. But twist in the tale arises when he too gets killed like his father. Left with no choice, Guru Raj’s third son, Radha takes up things in his hands and decides an counter attack.Rest of the story is as to how Radha manages to take his revenge and where does Guru Raj’s second son feature in this setup.

The story begins with Siva (Naveen) a happy-go-lucky-guy, who is bit of a dreamer rather than an earnest trier. But his aim is to go to Dubai and earn millions. His persevering brother (Sijju) manages to send him to the Gulf. But alas, when Siva actually lands in Dubai, he realizes he has been duped by the recruitment company and eventually he gets framed in a murder case. Siva’s brother who comes to Dubai to help matters out is killed. This is good enough reason for Siva to take a vow to kill the killers of his brother. He does that eventually after a ketchup show of mayhem and some misplaced songs. Woven into this are the story of his love and that of a night club dancer in Dubai (Navneet Kaur and Meghana Naidu).

Vamsi is adopted after he saves Krishna's father from an accident. However, things turn bitter when he molests a lady a few years before she marries his stepbrother.

Manasichi Choodu is a comedy entertainer directed by Rudraraju Suresh Varma. This film mainly deals with youth unemployment. Ravi Teja, Raasi & Vadde Naveen cast the main leads while the supporting cast has Suhasini, Ali & Ganesh Babu. Naveen loves Raasi from his childhood but they go their seperate ways to pursue higher studies. When Naveen makes his feelings known to Raasi, she accepts him and tells him that her father will let Naveen marry her only if he's settled with a good job and is in a position to take care of her. So, Naveen focuses all his time and energy in getting a job. Meanwhile, Raasi's father, unaware of his daughter's choice, plans to get her married to Srihari but when he learns that Raasi is in love with Naveen, he calls off the wedding. Insulted, Srihari kidnaps Raasi and holds her hostage. How Naveen and Raasi unite and how all their friends find jobs for themselves and all the consequences that follow forms the rest of the story.

It is a Hum Aapke Hai Kaun situation here. Suresh, the elder brother of Priya Gill, marries Naveen's sister, and everyone is happy. Their happiness - or at least the happiness of the couple's siblings - is bolstered as Cupid strikes and it is mutual love between Priya Gill and Naveen. But all their plans of marriage come to nought as Priya Gill's father is against the marriage of the siblings into the same family. This because he has had a miserable experience earlier, when he lost his wife and sister.
