Li Zhipeng (Ou Jintang) is the son of Li Jide (Chen Huimin) who used to be a taxi driver, but he was engaged in a profession different from his dad's identity—lawyer. He has the talent to be a lawyer and has the characteristics of a rogue.
The story is based on the historic martial art legend Hung Hei-gun (Donnie Yen) in the Qing dynasty. In the final stand Hung Hei-gun and Fong Sai-yuk (Nick Cheung) fight their way to defend the Shaolin Monastery against the invading army of the Qianlong emperor who was trying to get rid of oppositions. Qianlong was also afraid to reveal that he was not a true manchu.

Bulky Kwang and his cousin Tian are decorators who live next to pretty mainland whore Feng, who undresses every morning at the window and drives Kwang crazy. The decorators are hired for a job by Lu Lu and her maid Lin to do up the house where she's kept by businessman Robert. Lee Tian convinces Feng to pay more attention to Kwang, and the two eventually become a loving couple until her pimp Yung starts to get heavy. Meanwhile, there's lots of bed-hopping as Tian fools around with Lu Lu, Robert with Lin, as well as a couple of other guys.
This shot on video film revolves around two women’s affection for their male partners against their better interest. One, a nightclub singer, befriends a fugitive from a gang, while the other - a Japanese played by Yukari Oshima - is befriended by an HK detective investigating the case.
