Adapted from Peter May's novel "The Killing Room" Alice is a forensic scientist who invented a revolutionary technique in the field of restoring damaged corpses. She visits South Korea to attend a conference and receives a request from the Korean police to perform an autopsy on a corpse found in a river. Jinho, the detective in charge, learns from the autopsy result that the body is related to an organ trafficking syndicate.

Takes place at Nara Bank’s Yeongpo branch, which is celebrating the 99th anniversary of its foundation. The story focuses on the scandalous office romance between the characters Ha Sang Soo, Ahn Soo Young, Park Mi Kyung, and Jung Jong Hyun.

A small celebrity cast goes to live in a countryside house and make their own meals, often farming or fishing for their own ingredients.

Unlike other films dealing with similar subject matter, focusing on the darker side of the spectrum, the director’s choice to keep things lighter and brighter is also a virtue.
