With the backdrop of the 1980s Israeli-Lebanese conflict, this road movie portrays the journey of women separated from their families by the border.

In completely innocuous circumstances, Marouane meets young Hakim, a young aphasic, confined to a wheelchair who has chosen to live away from the world, alone with his inner demons. Interfering in his secret worlds will not be without consequences for Marouane.

Kader, 11, tries for the first time to make Ramadan fasting. He is joined in this adventure by his friend Rudy who, as a non-muslim, sees this tradition as a new game. The two kids will have to resist against hunger, thirst and boredom.

They are looking for locations for the remake of an American film in which a man swims his way home, passing through the houses and pools that he finds along the route. Corrado is the stand in used to test the shots, locations and the swimming pools in which the lead will be filmed. While we watch his attempts to get into the part, the real actors and a real crew burst onto the scene, on a set in which no one is in the right place. A film with a crisis of identity, in a surreal search for itself.

Several months later, it still has not given any sign of life. Ali, Mbarek and Messoud discovering that he is not in Holland but in Afghanistan, they decide to go looking for him on the road to Kabul.
