After many years spent in prison, Pitou returns back to his native town of Marseille. He couldn't even imagine all the disappointments he would face there.

One fine day, at about 10 am, in a suburban house, three men, in their thirties are waiting for a fourth buddy. When he arrives, they plan to hold up the local bank where Séverine, their accomplice, is waiting for them. This could well be the beginning of a thrilling crime story, but these tough men, sporting tattoos, are not what they appear. "On fait comme on dit" is a comedy, and these guys could be descendants of the Keystone Cops. They are dreamers not gangsters. So much is riding on this bank heist, the pressure is intense. This tension creates the most diverse and unexpected obstacles for them...

The film is based on a novel by Anna Gavalda, and adapted for the small screen by M. Langlois and Veronique Lecharpy. The idea that a formal academic school program is traditionally seen as the way for young minds to be formed and molded, yet how many children that are deemed failures by the same system go on to make names for themselves as they discover fields and subjects not taught by the educational establishment world-wide.

Angele kills the bank robber who has taken her as hostage and deposits the money. The police and a privat eye of the insurance compnay are suspicious. Leslie, the girlfriend of the robber, attracts Angele and they start a journey to the mountains. Do they become real friends?
