Imsai Arasan 24th Pulikecei (English: The King of Torture, Pulikecei the 24th) is an upcoming Indian Tamil language historical-comedy film written and directed by Chimbu Deven. It is a sequel to his earlier film Imsai Arasan 23rd Pulikecei (2006).
