Vicky Krieps and rising actor Vincent Lacoste co-star in this romance set against the backdrop of the Battle of Algiers in 1956. Lacoste plays a French militant on the side of Algerian independence fighters accused of attempting to bomb a factory, with Krieps as his wife Helene.
