Three stories of murder and the supernatural: A museum worker is introduced to a world behind the pictures he sees every day. When two lifelong friends fall in love with the same woman and she is killed, they are obvious suspects. Is their friendship strong enough for them to alibi each other? When a young politician is hurt by the arrogant Secretary for Foreign Affairs Lord Mountdrago, he uses Mountdrago's dreams to get revenge.

A young boy runs away from an approved school to meet up with his father in the hope that he can persuade his dad to allow him to travel to Canada with him. He also meets up with two local children and discovers that his father is instead planning a bank heist.

While on a bird-watching expedition, brother and sister Gordon and Jema Ross lose the oars of their dinghy and are forced to paddle ashore with their hands. They encounter a gang who smuggle immigrants into Britain...

An unfortunate sailor (Tony Wright) gets implicated in a murder he never committed in this confusing drama by David Eady. After a bookie is murdered, the sailor is caught in an ever-tightening vice that would trap him as the killer unless he can clear himself. Along the way to struggling free and tracking down the real culprits, several unsavory characters cross his path as well as a rather interesting woman (Shirley Eaton) who sets romantic sparks flying. Although director Eady and the cast have done their best with the story, it is too thin to survive even the short running time of 69 minutes.

Night Ferry stars Bernard Cribbins as Pyramid, a dastardly master-of-disguise who plans to smuggle an ancient Egyptian mummy out of the country. When young Jeff discovers the plan, a dangerous chase via London's Victoria and Clapham stations ensues.
