A soap opera actress finds herself increasingly pressured by her husband, a rich foreigner entirely devoted to a charismatic cult leader.
Is the new film by Yuthlert Sippapak after a couple of years in hiatus. This is the latest in the Buppa series, a well-known horror film that began with Buppa Ratree in 2003. Mixing ghost stories with comedy and even feminism, the film focuses on the story of Buppa, a woman who commits suicide in her apartment after she's betrayed by her lover. She then becomes a vengeful spirit that haunts people in the apartment.
Ploy plays a rich bratty woman who has gone through 2 failed marriages and one dead husband. Her best friend is played by Jui, a friend who is not really her friend. They are more like friend enemies. Jui has been having an affair with Ploy’s current husband who eventually dies in a car accident. Ploy finds out about the affair and ends their 13 year friendship. Also Jui’s character is pregnant with Ploy’s dead husband. Ploy finds love again with straight shooter Pope who loves her sincerely despite her terrible personality and sketchy history with men. They eventually get marry; however; problems with insecurities regarding trust starts to tear the couple down. The reappearance of Jui doesn’t help the couple either.
It follows the story of two lonely teachers, a male (Song) and a female (Ann). They were assigned at the same rural school in the Chiang Mai area, but a year apart. The girl being assigned first, attempted to write her thoughts in a diary, being stuck out in boonies. One day she has to be transferred to another school and left the diary. The male teacher came by as a substitute and saw the diary, thus, falling in love with the unacquainted writer. He also wrote his thoughts in it. The guy also left and the lady returned and saw that there are added articles in the diary. She also fell in love with him but now having a hard time looking for the boy. Will the two ever meet?

And she's also jealous of Nucharee, she tries to steal everythings that belongs to Nucharee. Finally, she can steal Lieutenant Sarat, Nucharee's fiance to get married with her instead. Later, Nadda, the bright-futured ambassador's secretary comes close to Nucharee and fall in love with her. When Nantawadee knows that Nadda is richer and better than her husband, she tries to divorce her husband and approachs Nadda. When Nadda proposes Nucharee to marry him, Nantawadee tries to do everything to stop their wedding.

When love is blind, Rang isn't aware that his crush indeed is the haunting and dangerous spirit that he needs to avoid. But he is too late when his sweet dream turns to nightmare as Buppha is now on the rage again. And the bloody horror love story begins.....
Buppah Rahtree (Chermarn Boonyasak) is back once again! This time her spirit merges with a little razor blade girl called Pla (Nuttawan Saksiri) who got killed in Room 609. Meanwhile, the apartment’s landlady (Chantana Kittiyapan) and mini casino operator (Kom Chuanchuen) are organizing an illegal gambling nearby the apartment block. Rung (Mario Muarer), the young cartoonist who is a neighbour downstairs is eager to pursue Buppah for her tutorial help in his studies but got rejected due to unsuitable time. Once the police discover about the illegal gambling in the apartment, one policeman from Hong Kong is assigned to catch the culprits involved. This time Buppah, Pla and a corpse wrapped in white cloth is terrorizing Oscar Apartment.
The first segment, "Happiness" is about a lonely girl who corresponded with a stranger over hand phone text messaging and soon discovered something strange about this new stranger that she is attracted to. "Tit For Tat" spun a tale of black magic and vengeance for a school kid that had been bullied by a school gang. "In The Middle" - a group of friends faced one of their worst camping trip after water kayaking accident. The final segment "Last Fright" takes horror to new heights with a psychological thriller that involves a stewardess flying solo in a cabin with a dead body.
Two young boys are best friends living quiet family lives in Bangkok. Their lives are disrupted when one boy's older sister goes missing on a jungle trip. The shattered family moves away, separating the boys. Years later, now in their late teens, the boys meet again. One of them is now the leader of an aspiring boy band whose managing assistant bears a striking resemblance to the lost sister. The boys must deal with their family and social lives and their feelings for each other.
Apartment 609 is still haunted by the ghost of a spurned young woman (Chermarn "Ploy" Boonyasak). And this causes problems for a bumbling gang of bank robbers whose loot has somehow found its way to that room. Yuthert, who did Sai Lor Fah (Pattaya Maniac) and Killer Tattoo is up to his usual tricks of putting a cast of comedians, including Somchai Saktikul (who apparently as agreed to star in every single Thai comedy film made in 2004 and 2005), Supakon Srisawat, Phan Rojanarungsri and Bunpoj Weerarat, through their paces, combining elements from the action, horror and crime genres with slapstick. Thai hearthrob Kris Srepoomseth returns as the college boy Ake. For seducing Ratree, he had both his legs amputated. He’s in for more disfigurement in this episode.
Tun (Choosak Lamsook) and Tao (Somchai Kemglad) are good buddies. One night at a karaoke pub, Tun falls for Nok who is a mafia's girl. Nok disappears after the night. Tun's trying to find her with the help from Tao. But things go upside-down when they have to kidnap a girl for money and almost trap themselves in their own plan. Just after World War II ends a train carrying freshly minted banknotes in wooden cases leaves Hat Yai for Bangkok. Soon after it leaves the station the officer in charge of the detail with his friends kill those guarding it and steal all of it. However in the ensuing confusion they lose it and others hide it. However even they cannot find it later until many years after they begin a new search. The officer who planned the entire scam hears about it and follows them. Who will get the money?
