Ram Murthy (Nagineedu) is a retired headmaster who does not tolerate mistakes. He enforces a strict code of conduct in his family and anyone making more than a 100 mistakes is banished from the household. Sundeep (Sundeep Kishan) is his youngest son and Ram Murthy is quite irritated with the young lad’s behaviour. Sundeep has racked up a score of 99/100 in the mistakes department and he is one mistake away from being banished from the family. Meanwhile, a marriage alliance is fixed for Sundeep’s elder brother Brahmaji (Brahmaji) and the entire family boards the Venkatadri Express to travel to Tirupati for the wedding. As usual, Sundeep gets into trouble and misses the train. Afraid of being banished from the family, Sundeep tries his best to catch up with the train. He must beg, borrow and even steal in order to get onto the train before Tirupati.
Chinna (Vishnu) is a very witty and resourceful person who knows how to get things done. As kids, Chinna and Piccheshwar (Vennela Kishore) have a tiff and Piccheshwar leaves the village in a huff. Piccheshwar’s outraged grandfather (Kota Srinivasa Rao) orders the execution of Chinna’s family, forcing them to flee as well. As the years go by, Chinna grows into a tall and fearless young fellow. He applies for a job as a journalist and he is sent on an assignment by his boss Avatar (Posani). The assignment is to conduct a sting operation on Minister Dilleeswara Rao (Pankaj Tripathi). Chinna succeeds in capturing incriminating footage, but he is caught and thrashed by the minister’s goons.

Along with Jayadev, the group of Maoists led by Gogi (Ajay) head to their base camp in a dense forest. During the journey, their ideologies are tested; good and bad are exposed, in a dramatic way.
PJ (Nani) is the grandson of a wealthy zamindar. PJ is an irresponsible youngster who is spoilt by the pampering and excessive money. His grandfather writes a will with several conditions before he dies. He writes the will that PJ will inherit his entire wealth only if he completes his graduation as a common man without any luxeries. Ramineedu has been waiting to kill Ramu for years, as Ramu's father killed Ramineedu's brother. Aparna and Ramu become friends and Ramu comes to her house, there he learns that Ramineedu would kill him off he steps out of this house. Rest of drama is all about how Ramu saves his own life.
